Brett Grantham
Brett is the Principal Broker of Greentown Homes, started his career in the electrical trade directly out of high school. Once he moved to Portland, his passion for the field expanded, getting hired as an estimator, soon promoted to Field Superintendent. By the time he was 21, he was the Vice President of Construction, building between 50-100 homes annually.
This led him to start Greentown in 2009, and while Greentown continues to grow, they still rely on the same basic principles he started with: hard work, integrity, and quality, which are the cornerstones of his business model: not cutting corners, and ensuring and exceeding customers’ expectations not only with their purchase but in the long run, building relationships that last. Brett is now a Certified Master Builder in Oregon, licensed Journeyman Electrician, licensed Principal Broker, and was previously recognized by the National Home Builders Association as National New Home Sales Person of the Year in 2004.
When Brett isn’t working, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, camping or riding the dunes, DJ’ing music, and spending time with friends and family.
